Booking: Rooms will be charged with a credit card at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations requested more than seven (7) days prior to your reservation will be charged a $25.00 handling fee.
Cancellations seven (7) to three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival will be charged the first night's stay.
Cancellations three (3) or less days before your scheduled arrival will be charged the full amount.
For high demand periods (graduation, football games, art fair weekend, Brewer's Festival), a two-night minimum is required. Cancellations seven (7) days or less in advance will be charged the full amount.
Cancellation of a reservation booked six (6) months or more ahead of the stay date will receive a 50% refund if the request is made more than one week before. Cancellation one week (7 days) or less are not eligible for the 50% refund; full payment is required.
The Queen's Residence is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse services and are not responsible for loss of personal property during your stay. If you leave items behind and wish them returned, the cost of shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card.
Excessive alcohol use is not permitted and zero-tolerance for drug use on the premises will be enforced. Under the above circumstances you may be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the house. If smoke from cigarettes, pipes, or cigars is detected in your room, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be assesses. If you need information about a kennel, please contact us.
A lost key or key that is not returned successfully within seven (7) days will be charged a $25.00 replacement fee.
Reimbursement will be expected and charged to your credit card in the case of damage to the property, breakage, or theft.
